(pokemon creepypasta reference)
This is talking about my many, many failures with starting other comics after Ryu's Krew. Now, for those who have been along for the ride already, well, you know that Ryu's Krew has a curse of it's own. However, that curse seems to have been broken, and proceeding on with Ryu's Krew is going amazingly. It's updating Tuesdays and Thursdays over at:
[link]Why would I even want to start another comic/project? I already have a huge, ambitious one that I have yet to make much progress on!
Well, the freetime I have between working on Ryu's Krew (I take many breaks nowadays on it, so as to keep the interest up) and taking care of my mother. That's where the idea for making a new comic came in (not the actual idea, but rather the idea of working on another one).
I could work on Charles & Viktor, but I'm still planning on what I'm doing with those characters.
I could do something with the character in my featured, "Deathbringer" piece.
I could do something with the many, many ideas I have in my head right now.
I could.
But something's stopping me.
I think knowing myself, I'd end up getting too into one project, and neglect another. It's how I've always been. So that's why I'm not seeing another comic as a possibility until Ryu's Krew is finished. Which is fine, seeing as I'm the only one that can tell this story, and I feel it is a story that should be told.
So I believe, with my spare time, I shall be working on other artistic endeavors. Work on improving my art in general, and in general expressing myself in whatever way I can.
Art can cure pain, help you show the world how you think and feel, and help and inspire others.
Keep on artin', bros.
